Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God. Genesis 6:9
Lord, you remind me that Noah stood out in a world full of sin. He did not run with the crowd. He was not popular. You used an ordinary but faithful servant to execute your will. I think Noah must have been tempted regularly to bend to the will of the world around him but he remained faithful to you, and you in turn remained faithful to him. Help me to have Noah’s courage and strength.
