How bold, fearless, faithful and obedient did Noah have to be to build something he’s never seen before to protect his family from an event the world had never seen before? In Genesis 6, you teach us how Noah rebelled against the world and followed you. God, I pray everyday for Noah’s courage and faithfulness to do the work you have called me to do. No matter the circumstances or what others are doing around me, help me to hear your voice and obey your commands. Help me to not get discouraged or distracted. I know that just like Noah, you will provide the blueprints to accomplish the work, if I make myself available and listen to you. Thank you God for these promises.
